  • Gift Card can be redeemed on purchase of tickets for Movies available on TicketNew.
    Gift Card can be redeemed only on TicketNew Website/Mobile site /Mobile App and cannot be Redeemed directly at the Cinema/Theatre/Venue Box Office.
    Please enter the Gift card number in the Promotion code/Gift Card field.
    Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction, Enter the Vouchers codes in the Payment page.
    Gift Card can be used multiple times until the last rupee loaded on it gets exhausted within the validity period.
    Gift Card to be valid for 6 Months from the time of activation.
    Gift Card are valid PAN India across all Cinemas/Theatres listed on TicketNew.
    The current purchase process at www.ticketnew.com, m.ticketnew.com & TicketNew Mobile Apps will remain unchanged.
    Gift Card cannot be combined with any other offer or discount on TicketNew.
    Tickets once bought online using the Gift Card shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
    Gift Card holder shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the offer being availed.
    Orbgen reserves the right to disqualify any gift voucher holder/s from the benefits of the program. If case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the program.
    Orbgen reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
    Individual cinema rules are applicable.

    In case of any disputes, Orbgen`s decision will be final.
